Does your kiddo have meltdowns, anger and mean streaks, difficulty transitioning? Compulsion, self-harming, trouble focusing, or just tons of energy?
Energy Release Freedom Hammockis the perfect refuge for anybody from children to adults! It is often used in child therapy with the ability to calm down and quiet overwhelmed tots on the verge of a tantrum.
For years, occupational therapists have been using Energy Release Freedom Hammock as a way to teach the body and mind to work together. They provide vestibular and proprioceptive input, which stimulates your child’s senses.
Children with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) have a hard time filtering and organizing sensory input. This overflow of information puts stress on the nervous system, causing sensory meltdowns. Sensory input, like cuddling and swinging, calms the body’s “fight or flight” response. These swings make your child feel safe, soothing their overly stimulated senses.
The vestibular system is the most important of the body’s senses. It lets us know if we’re moving, how fast we’re moving, and in which direction we’re headed. A developed vestibular system allows us to navigate our environment with confidence. This is because our brain knows exactly where the body is in relation to other objects.
It helps increases balance and coordination. When children have trouble processing vestibular input, their body doesn’t know how to move within their environment.
As your child sits in their sensory swing, they gain confidence that their body is safe— even when their feet are off the ground. The stronger these associations become, the more their balance improves.
The swinging motion and Deep Pressure Therapy have an organizing effect on the brain. This gives them some much-needed relief from an overwhelmed nervous system. So what is the benefit? Sensory swings make children with autism feel more “in balance.” Because of this, many parents find that swinging before or during homework increases concentration.
From increasing attention span to improving coordination, the benefits of Energy Release Freedom Hammock are endless.

We purchased this as a sensory swing for my 3.5 yr old son who has Austim and Sensory Integration disorders. It's incredible! Super soft, breathable, slightly see through (which my son likes), but so sturdy!!! My top buy for this year, great product.
Got this for my kids for Christmas. My oldest has adhd and is constantly climbing and jumping on everything. I definitely recommend this for children and for adults. I’m so happy I got this for both of us. I get a workout and a comfy hammock and he gets to spin and climb and balance and relax in safely.
We got this for our son with autism and for his sensory needs. It's perfect and he loves it! The fabric is so silky and has a little bit of stretchy to it. We just set it up tonight and he stayed in it for over twenty minutes, and he was so calm and relaxed afterwards
Love the versibility of this swing. Very well made and well worth the purchase. Highly recommend.
This is Hammock is absolutely amazing and works wonders.
This is a great quality swing. Silky fabric stretches but not too much. We bought one for my daughter's room 2 years ago and it is still holding up well. We love it so much. We just bought a 2nd one bc my son wanted one as well! Highly recommend!
Excellent product for my son with autism. He is five years old and crawls in first thing in the morning to listen to a little Mozart. It gives him good pressure, I believe, and helps him regulate. I hung it on a chair (upright) hammock stand also off amazon. Works well.
I am very pleased with the quality and thickness of the lycra fabric. My children have more fun with this than I had anticipated. I highly recommend purchasing the ceiling rotating hinge. We attached it to the wooden top beam of our wooden playset and it is used daily. Highly recommend.
My 4 year old calls it the "coolest swing ever" and I think he's right. It's got great stretch and hasn't lost that with daily use. The fabric is thick and soft. Great exercise getting in and out and also an awesome place for them to relax. I'd buy another if I had the room. Would definitely recommend.
My kids absolutely LOVE this swing. Used by a 3 & 4yo.
This swing gives him a way to move his body safely in a smaller area. He is in it constantly doing various contortions, twists, swinging, hanging upside down or just curling up in it like a cocoon. My kid needs all that proprioceptive input and goes stir crazy without a physical outlet. This swing is a way to say enthusiastically YES.
My son uses a cuddle swing regularly in occupational therapy. My husband was not convinced that it was a good idea to order one at home - they are large, would it get much use? My husband is now a convert. Both my son AND my daughter look forward to spending time in the cuddle swing on daily basis.
This is a wonderful therapy swing! It's a great price, the colors are beautiful and not found in other ones I looked at, and the quality is awesome!
I would highly recommend this item for any child vit especially those that need to get energy out!
The first thing out of my daughters mouth when she woke up was, “can we go play on our swings?!” Seriously so so happy with this purchase.
Easy setup and dismantle. Easy to wash and sanitize. Perfect for our toddler with sensory issues.
I got this for my three year old that has been struggling to adapt to the Covid life.
